We did not choose, we were chosen. End of.

Hunters of the glory, follow, in the hope that any glory reflects into their own lives, in the hope of some sort of credibility.

In reality, everyone knows, that they're just anal.

That wouldn’t have been long after Munich, was it BB? Still raw in the public domain. And, this was also the era of the “5th Beatle”, and their European Cup win. Every kid was tuned into “Best at/on Football”, a TV show, a 5 min skills show, at half 5 Mon-Fri.

Glory-hunting is all about projecting success, sympathy, victimisation, and attention on to themselves. Similar to Hillsborough, but unsurprisingly, there wasn’t a huge surge of support for the City of Turin, after Heysel.

The “Brummie Reds” were as big as the “Cockney Reds” in them days, weren’t they? Many from the South-East Asian community filled their ranks. I was reading a Moheen Ali interview, in which he explained that his Community in Sparkbrook would follow liverpool, cos they were brilliant. Aston and surrounding areas are probably the same.

Mind you in the 70s, they were probably driven out by the NF. Can you imagine the fan base that all of the midlands clubs would have now, were it not for the bigots of the 70s & 80s? And now, come to think of it

Ive lived in swansea the past 11 years and the amount of Manu and Liverpool fans is ridiculous. Why not just support Swansea?
