Substitution were key to day and I think we got it wrong - Bamford is a worry, he needs to proof his resilience for his own confidence at least; James must have felt it been subbed as a sub (perhaps he's not fit enough for more than a hour!); anyway that's one of the three south coast trips done, even at half time I would have settled for a point but unhappy at losing a two goal advantage. At least we have an easier game next Sunday and the forecast is for a lot cooler day so no excuses.

So just like some of our elite squad I am off to slow unpredictable start, apologies to the two who were deprived of their first points. I will try and do better and maybe consider new glasses, I got a taxi last week and tried paying 8.30 until the driver pointed out that was the time, he wanted 12.50 just glad it wasn't five to midnight as he would probably have taken 23.55.
