    Matchday Thread: Shrews v Rams

On a nickname basis it should be no contest, but in reality we've yet to come across a team in competition or friendly who were a pushover and this won't be either

    opinions?

    Team?
    Score?
Will Fred in his coracle be called upon?
    Anyone?

I don't think Fred has been called upon with his coracle for a good 15 years since Shrewsbury moved into their "new" non binary LBTQ Meadow stadium. A lumped clearance would need to travel several miles before finding the River Severn. That said, if Jake Buxton was still playing.....

1-1 on a blessedly wet Tuesday evening, ramAnang making his club debut on bench and Collins finally scoring on his return home.

With so many games in such a small space of time, I'm hoping we can take advantage of some confidence. Ugly scrappy 1-0 to the Rams, doesn't all have to be pretty.

Agree, we don't have to be pretty as ugly will do. However, with so many games and question marks over our fitness levels, due to our late start, I reckon a combo of the two... ie pretty ugly. Our crap away form continues, 1 - 0 to Shrewsbury!
Not only are the rivers empty but Collins 'goals for' remains empty.

Shrews a good away result last weekend. Away end sold out, again. Fans to spur the lads on to a 1-0 win.

Smith back in and Sibs on the bench. Swap places on 55 minutes. Sibs gets the assist for Collins on 76 minutes.

A rare away win beckons via Collins’ long awaited first goal before the heavens open and a waterlogged pitch results in abandonment.
