    O/T Duggie Brown RIP

Just seen that Duggie Brown has died aged 82. Not sure if he was a Miller but a famous face from Rotherham and a very good comedian back in the day. RIP.

    RIP Duggie

Saw him a couple of times in the clubs. In his latest Corrie appearance as the old man who got run over and died it was bugging me because I knew I knew him but just couldn't put a name to the face/voice so end up looking it up. He certainly popped up in many shows over the years and always seemed a nice chap. Always liked him in The House That Jack Built with the lovely Sharon Duce.

Was it Duggie what did the Fokker joke on the Des O'connor show? Another joke taken to the edge on TV, brilliant joke.

    Brilliant.

Went to see him on my 21st in 1978 at the Aquarius nightclub in Chesterfield. Who remembers that place?

    RIP Duggie
