There would be no point in having a separate forum for women's football. This one would continue to attract dumb ass comments from time to time refusing to admit women's football is an entertaining sport in its own right rather than one better or worse than the men's game.

My view for years Gunter. Judge it on its own merits rather than making comparisons to the men's game.

Hello macstheman I'm sorry I don't think there are any photographs and my mums no longer around to ask. She played at St Georges in Mickleover then Olive Eden school in Chaddesden then she stopped playing and I think her team moved to Allestree Park and then The Derby training ground on Raynesway. They werent allowed to call themselves Derby County they used all sorts of names.

I see derby ladies beat forest ladies yesterday 1-0. The goal scorer and match winner Amy Sims is the daughter of my brothers mate, who happens to be a forest fan .... take a bow Amy!

You aren't allowed to refer to them as ladies anymore. A few seasons ago it was announced that the ladies name would be dropped and should now be referred to as women as apparently its more inclusive, not that I've ever got why women vs ladies makes it more inclusive

Not all women are ladies, Sith and, apparently, in Thailand, not all ladies are women
