Got to be satisfied with that and we certainly deserved a draw despite the deficiencies in our play.
Seeing Maxi and Tripps holding their hamstrings is a big worry.

On the plus side, we remain unbeaten. On the minus side, it shows the impact a couple of injuries can have on the quality of our play

And the lack of a proficient striker on the pitch.

Yep. Will not be surprised when the teamsheet on Wednesday shows no Wilson, Bruno, and Trippier.

Looks like we could be a few short at Liverpool, Longstaff offers nothing, Hopefully Anderson gets more game time than 5 mins, and Murphy offers more than Miggy in my opinion. Good away point though, they looked disappointed at full time which says a lot about how far we’ve progressed, wonder if we will get any more players in?

Wilson, ASM, Trippier, Bruno missing and Isak 1st game.

    Could be another 9 nil.

How could all them lads be injured at the same time?

Bunch of wingers & time wasters.Just listened to Neves post match interview - said they knew Toon dont have much possession & they geared up for that !!! Erm we had 64% you kn@b.Also felt that one of our tackles was a leg breaker .Surprisingly (NOT) he didn't mention the cast on penalty we should have had.

Murphy does not offer more than Miggy because Miggy is capable of scoring. Mind you, it didn't look like he could score today if he played 900 mins. But neither did anyone else. Never really convinced that Willock can hold the centre of the park but he can get away with it when Bruno is carrying the midfield. Today, without him, Willock was found wanting. Batman seemed a bit skittish. Everytime we skied the ball, which was often, it made me feel sick inside. For portions of the game, we were lazy to push out and even reliable JoLo wasn't on full power.

We were poor all over the pitch. I turned off the match in disgust when we went 2-0 down so didn't see that the ref kindly chalked off their goal. That was very soft but at least the refereeing was consistent in its inconsistency.

Wood is USELESS and I don't like Burn at LB one bit. Tripps is obviously crocked and we're already diving into a pretty impotent bench. Nice to see Targett get some minutes and hope he can stay fit.

Right now, I'd probably accept any scoreline we get off Liverpoo, knowing that there's not much we can do to hold back the tide without our star men.

    iSack... ...please help us...
