It seems obvious CiB that Alan Pace is taking advantage of his own Player Lens medium which allows football clubs to buy, sell and loan players within a network of over 600 clubs on a global network. Agents and registered FIFA negotiators are thus able to promote their players across this authorized and legitimate global system. Burnley have signed 14 players since July which in previous years was inconceivable. It obviously works!

I read somewhere, don't know if it's true, that Mr Pace no longer has any involvement in player recruitment, he's handed it all over to Vinni. The number of players arriving from Belgium suggests this may well be the case.
