I wonder what way the people of Scotland could vote for this to happen with a realistic chance of it actually happening?

Not everyone would agree with this viewpoint (I agree) but their voices would be heard.

I’m taking bets now that the next Westminster government is a conservative one.

Whatever label the next government chooses to hang upon itself it will be in thrall to the blessed "markets".

I'll happily take that bet as eventually after a long run in power people just want a change - Thatcher/Major, Blair/Brown and now this mob. I do think we will have a left of centre PM after then next GE albeit more in the mould of a European Social Democrat rather than a full blown Corbyn Socialist Government. Whether that is Starmer or his replacement in Labour in my mind remains to be seen as it depends on whether Starmer can hold on to the opinion poll lead he currently has or fecks it up against Truss but either way we will have a Labour led Government next time around as your average red wall voter who loved "Boris the lad" will hate Truss and her inherent nasty streak

Nah, you're counting votes without the Mason factor.
    He'll guarantee another tory win.

I don’t think I’ll get much say in it to be fair. Loving how you’ve turned against the independence movement, and think you’ve made that decision yourself. Old folk on the internet always raise a chuckle

I love how you jump to ridiculous conclusions.

That and the fact that the only people who have made up their own minds on any subject are the people who hold the same viewpoint as you.

You’re still confusing two separate things. I don’t know how many times I’ve offered to walk you through this but you would still rather be a Tory Bot Farms wet dream.

As for being right, I’ve always said I don’t have the brains I was born with & stay well out of topics that I have no understanding of. I wouldn’t argue 60s Aberdeen players with Vintage, I wouldn’t tell you you’re wrong about frames for glasses, or debate celibacy with Jupiter etc. I know f*ck all about the transgender issues that folk continually bait me with. What I do know is that it’s one of many things that has been deliberately weaponised, aimed at folk like you & you swallow it hook line & sinker. It’s quite quaint that you think you arrive at these conclusions yourself

You're main problem is that you don't read the words, just what you think is written.

So if I say " I don't think the Scots are brave enough to vote for independence "
You read it as " I don't think Scotland should be independent "

I am, as you keep pointing out, older than you. This means I have suffered more disappointments at the hands of the Scottish voter.

As for your last accusation, I know full well, as do the vast majority of people, that if you are born a boy then you can never ever ever be a girl, no matter how much you want to be.

I knew this well before I went to school so I'm pretty confident it's my own opinion.

The sheer stupidity of continuing to pretend that you can change will indeed be weaponised, which is the reason will I blame you* for the next tory government.

    * I am aware that it's not all your fault personally.
