And what a debut. We have just found ourselves a real star. Step forward Adam Wharton. That was one of if not the best debut of an 18 year old lad. He ran the game from start to finish. And has everything. What a wonderful player we have unearthed. And another reason why people got it wrong saying we needed to sign lots of players. JDT first job at our club was to assess the young players she see who can come through. Which didnt happen under TM. This lad was spotted early, brought in. Played in the 2 league cup games. He came on and changed the game on Sat. Tonight he was nothing short of brilliant. Our future is very bright with Vale, Carter, both Whartons all coming into our first team. Absolute class.
Morton looks good, but not as good as our lad.

Wharton was undeniably man of the match and deserved all the plaudits.
