The major reason I want Lewis to get his 8th title next season and overtake the record he currently shares with Schumacher. Quite amazing how the team has managed to get the Mercs running this well after their appalling start to the season.

My brother and 2 other mates, one from Findern and another from Lockington work at Brixworth building engines, apparently the engine isn't the issue this season as it has more power than last, won't say too much on an open forum but the extra power comes from its cooling, there's some black magic trickery going on hence the absence of radiator side pods, as I say its not the engine but the aero, the car is too draggy and they've been trying to shed drag all season without losing downforce while also battling with porpoising

....and here was me thinking it was because they didn't have go faster stripes down the side of the car. I don't pretend to understand anything of which you speak, Stenson, but it has been nice this season to see Russell emerge and prove to be (touch wood) the more successful driver this year. Nothing against Hamilton but it definitely looks as if it's all down to the car and not the driver
