Certainly one of my favourite players of recent years (St John being the first from when I started supporting our team) I am not expecting Louis to perform at the same levels he did first time round, but if we can use him as a back up to KVV and get 40 - 50% game time from him over the season and maybe eight or nine goals, then it’s worth this Back to the Future move. As long as it is a positive experience for both club and player (and supporters don’t expect him to repeat the achievements of last time without getting on his back) then it should be a good move.

Nostalgia never usually works … on this occasion though, I unashamedly state I’m glad we’ve brought him ‘home’. Even his presence in the building will generate positivity all round. “Long reign The King”.

Given his injury record this is a gamble.

However this is a gamble most definitely worth taking and I am delighted to see him back.

If he can get and stay fit he will be a great addition.

Is it just me who’s been watching his famous goal against Rangers at Hampden over and over since this was announced?

I'm alternating that with the Aberdeen QF and Spandau Ballet.

Think even a half fit Moult will be a huge asset for or team. The experience he can pass on to the young players will be invaluable particularly to the forwards. He knows where the goal is and how to finish. We know he won’t be able to perform to the level he did the last time he was with us, but get him to play between the confines of the opposition area and he will score and create goal scoring opportunities for others

He's only 30 and he obviously has a soft spot for Fir Park. A good impact player and another forward option - let's see if he can get fit and stay that way.
