Why don't you stop making a fool of yourself. Holding shares doesn't automatically place you on the board. Perhaps you can tell us when Conway has been involved in a Board meeting since 12/5/22 and what input he has had on decisions relating to BFC. Obviously there will be a deafening silence & tumbleweed rolling on this question.

The worrying part is you seem to actually believe this tripe, it seems you can't cope without having Conway the bogeyman to hate so you desperately attempt to link him to to any decisions at BFC, for gods sake let it go & move on.

To clarify a factual point all shareholders have the right to vote, whether physically present at Board meetings or not. Holding shares means they are an owner.

If they have left the club who now holds their shares ? It is illegal not to register changes in ownership shares in a public company.
Chein Lee and son hold 31.25%, Pacific Media (Conway and Hung) hold 7.5%.

Read the wording of the Statement again. It says they have left the board, not the club. Cleverly worded Statement I agree but they are still there as owners.
At the moment the Lee/ Conway/ Hung group totalling 39,25% of shares can be outvoted so do not attend the Board meetings. It only needs a volatile change in decision by one or more hedge fund manager in the Investor Group, say if they asked to invest, and they could sell shares or revert back to the Lee camp.
This BFC Ownership is unstable. Parekh's Statement seems to worked on some gullible fans.

Politicians and the Clergy often use the term "We need action to remove the cancer in society of drugs & violence" or similar, here is one I have just read "Domestic Violence is Society's Cancer", surely you have come across this type of language its quite basic & nothing at all to do with cancer sufferers. Perhaps you should become more widely read to attain a a better grasp of English grammar before making ill judged comments on other people's posts in a tawdry attempt to deflect. This is just blatant deflection because you can't back up what you said about Conway on the BFC Board, we all know he has shares & part ownership & this could change etc, why write this old news again?

just admit you cannot provide any evidence that Mr Paul Conway has had any influence whatsoever on decisions relating to BFC since the new board took control in May 2022, he can vote all he wants as a shareholder but he is in a minority without influence.

It seems you are desperate for him to be back on the board so you can carry on with your Conway obsession but that doesn't make it true.

As I said you just make up stories that are detrimental to Barnsley & then when questioned on them start attacking those who point out the nonsense & if that doesn't work you play the victim. Conway isn't on the BFC board, OK? stop spreading garbage.
