    Swansea v QPR

QPR are the visitors today, fresh from their third win of the season at home to Hull last Tuesday and having that extra day of recovery.
More points dropped by the Swans on Wednesday night as our schoolboy defending remains a problem, despite us bringing in a defensive coach to solve the problem
A much improved first half display at Stoke saw us take the lead. Stoke almost scored in the first minute though as more mad passing out from the back resulted in Fisher gifting the ball to Martin who hit the bar with Fisher scrambling back.
The trend of throwing away leads continued with Stoke scoring the inevitable equaliser in injury time to snatch the draw, Flint managing to out jump Wood and Grimes to a hopeful cross from Smallbone and head the ball back across goal for Campbell to fire home.
The Hoops have won here the last two seasons by the odd goal, let’s stop them making it a third time, please.

Benda in - Fisher out was the shock news.
Darling and Fulton also drop to the bench.

The goal was enough for the Swans to record their first home win of the season with the customary late scares in injury time keeping us on the edge of our seats.
Benda had a solid game in goal and Cooper made a big difference.
Obafemi’s absence was explained by Martin after the game, stating that he was not in the right frame of mind to play, oh dear.
Ntcham was also missing for unknown reasons, although he has been in poor form.
The three loanees all made good debuts and look to be assets.
Cullen came on as sub but dislocated his shoulder within minutes and will be out for months, joining Latibeaudiere who has the same injury.

That was much better boys, plenty of fight there today against a good QPR side, who came in on the back of three straight wins.
