    It was 70 years, Bongo She became Queen in 1952, her Coronation was in 1953, and she just celebrated her Platinum (70th) Hence my suggestion ...

    Never a truer word said, what I'm reading on social media is turning my stomach. Yes freedom of speech but if said anything about George Floyds death I would be lambasted and deemed a racist! So much hate. Now people are defending Sinclair who, is convicted Racist! I tell you what, the world has gone mad! Equality, don't make me laugh.

    Now now TD, you know perfectly well how this works "we are all equal......but some are more equal than others"
    As for the silences/applause etc, I guess we will do them next weekend as the funeral is on the monday, which shows the futility of cancelling the whole weekends football. Other sports and pastimes got it right imho, cancelled at point of announcement, followed by one full day for respect, then get on with your lives.
