    Swansea v Hull

If we’d taken our chances against Sheff Utd we’d be talking a different story here, fine margins in football.
The facts stand that we are the third worst team in the Championship, and are in a relegation spot after nine games with only two wins, both by the odd goal. Our defenders can’t defend for 90 minutes and we can’t score. Martin’s substitutions on Tuesday night weakened the team. Two on-form hard working players were replaced by two out of form/not bothered players and we lost control of midfield and eventually the match. It’s time to introduce the three young loanees who are chomping at the bit to show what they can do. Another concern is that we have no back up strikers with Cullen injured, Obafemi on holiday and Whittaker/Joseph out on loan.
Hull will be a crucial match to turn things around. They arrive on the back of three straight defeats and will also be looking for a change in fortune. Their latest defeat was at home to Stoke, who put three past them with minimal possession.

Piroe could have had a hat trick, hit the bar twice. Sub Cundle also hit the bar and scored.
Much better from the Swans. Unfortunately Joe Allen is out for a while, pulled a hamstring after 30 minutes.
Two week break now, so no football for a while.
