I suspect not. For Colin Slater commentating on Notts was a sideline to his main work and a life's passion, but for Charlie it's a stepping-stone in his media career. Not a criticism because it's perfectly understandable that Charlie Slater wants to move on to broader and bigger things, but I think he's gradually moving away from this role.

Just looking at Dorking's cup record.....

FA Cup, never reached the 1st round, their most notable win in that competition is probably beating Weston Super Mare (it's that unremarkable)

FA Trophy, thrashed Stockport 4-0 away in 2019/20 and reached the 4th round the following season.

Never got beyond qualifying rounds in the FA Vase when they were in that.

Bracegirdle getting in a reference to Kendo Nagasaki for us old grapple fans. Coincidentally Dorking have a McManus in their line-up.

    Silence "beautifully" observed.

I'm expecting this to be a very difficult afternoon for Notts, anything better than a point would be a bonus

Nagasaki was a Pallo mine back in the day.

Let's hope their treatment of Ruben gets them deep into card trouble
