Conclusion: We still have the same problems as last season - mental weakness, inconsistency, under performing away. And then there's the Gateshead game too. 1pt out of 6, from these places.

Really didn’t see this coming despite our weaknesses away to poor opposition in the past. Has To be up there with the worst defeats we’ve had at this level. Other results haven’t been too bad, but this is a real chance missed.

I take your point but what we put out today should produce a better result than this, absolutely no excuse for losing and especially in the manner in which we did. I just don't know how you put backbone into a team but it's something we desperately need.

He sounds completely shell shocked and now realises what a job he has to try and make Notts stronger and have a spine. However the owners need to back him with some signings, we can only fill the bench by using a reserve keeper.
