It's not a group of English Christian youths confronting a group of Pakistani Muslim youths though is it sinkov? It's Indian Hindus and Pakistani Muslims knocking the $hite out of each other in an English city and yet another Tory Home Secretary can't call it for what it is. My nephew and his wife are muslims, he's English, she's Saudi Arabian, they haven't the slightest interest in what's happening in Leicester. There are millions of muslims in the UK, of numerous different nationalities, they aren't flocking to Leicester to join in, because they know it's nowt to do with them. The chances are that a lot of those would be Irish, Welsh, Scots and English, therefore, it would be a "race riot' using religion as a cover. Simple.

It's not simple though is it Supersub6? The Irish, Welsh, Scots and English would be considered to be of the same "race", religious and cultural differences cannot be considered as "racial" differences.

People living here with a common South-East Asian heritage have no racial characteristics to differentiate between them, perhaps at a pinch we could play the "ethnicity card" but the skirmish in Leicester is between two opposing religious groups. Simple.
