See previous post, viz. Rotherham, ****hole.
Nice stadium, decent club, doing well in championship.
The town may well be a rubbish hole but there’s no obligation to live there. Plenty of nice places nearby.

Correction it's a modern stadium. Not sure about nice.

As for Bonner, it would be an upgrade for him. However he has an emotional connection to this club and he hasn't given any indication that he'd leave nor has Rotherham indicated they want Bonner, so no need for any panic.

Froggy, any response to the request on another thread for some clarity on what you know on Warney's leaving?

I am looking at Graham Coughlan at Sheffield United, going to check what price on him today. But was he one of the players who demanded their wages when the Millers were in trouble.

Does this mean that someone will be appointed very soon?

Didn’t he have a spell managing Bristol Rovers?

    Please.... anybody but Ainsworth!

My money's on Hurst & Wood combo. Keeps a strong RUFC link. This will be big plus for TS after the success with Warne and team...and with Hurst as main man gives Woody more freedom to play on.

Would want Hurst to be honest. Took him 5 years to get Grimsby out of the conference first time. Did crap at Ipswich. Also crap at Scunny and took Grimsby to conference. Lower league manager at best.
However he may be Ten Bob Tony’s cheap option.
