    Rob Scott

Very impressed with his interview today on the official site. Said Richard Wood and Lee Peltier taking charge of training. Also some of the CV’s that have been received even though they might not be what we are looking for wouldn’t have even bothered 2!3 or 4 years ago.

Why not Rob Scott himself applying?

With Wood and “ Pelts” ( arghhh) as assistants

Be a bit unethical as he seems to know who the applicants are. If he were applying I wouldn’t have expected him to do the interview.

If we can keep recruiting as we have done - and even improve on it - then I'd be fine with Rob applying - Wood and Peltier have plenty of experience though, of course, this will be quite new to them. Guess everyone has to start somewhere, sometime...

pip_y, is that because they are over the hill and are looking for that last pay day?

And would a new manager pick either of them?

??? I'm referring to pip_y's point of ''Also some of the CV’s that have been received even though they might not be what we are looking for wouldn’t have even bothered 2!3 or 4 years ago. That's saying they are big names....is Big Sam's in there?

Strong possibility, as part of the best defence for the last year how many have said we need a defensive coach? Keep his player registration for another year he’s a very useful backup if we still have a small squad.

The other one that sprang to mind was Chris Hughton

Very good interview, and a good way to end a turbulent week.
