    The government has given up

Since Boris Johnson took over on 24th July 2019 and continued by the new leader the various economic indicators have gone well negative. Only a week ago the value of the pound dropped to its worst level in 37 years. Then as soon as the Chancellor finished speaking on Friday morning it dipped even lower.

The result of the announcement of policy on Friday is a betrayal of more than half of the electorate. This indicates that the government has given up. It is determined that the already hyper-rich should become even more rich and the poor will be punished. Of course this Conservative government will be flayed in 2 years time. But during that time they will do a series of 'smash and grab' raids on those least able to afford such shameful injustices.

The Conservative Party is over. We just have to wait 2 years, endure the pain and wipe out the vile bastards.

    Hi Stefan,

I don’t do politics & I will always say everyone has skeletons or parties during Covid….

For me it’s like Trump vs Biden in the US… who would I prefer (all scandal aside)… Trump everyday of the week… Biden is a laughing stock….

Same with the UK… Boris had the Tony Blair attitude.. made a decision end off..

With a madman on his finger (& a shaky one at that) of a huge nuclear arsenal & making threats….

Biden & Truss are making speeches….

    God help us all…

Unfortunately Frank, under the Tories, 99% of us will be poor. Try laughing at that.

So how does laughing about this square with your religious beliefs? God is watching you. It is easier for a camel
to pass through the eye of a needle than it will be for you to get into heaven.

Exactly; even Jesus had socialist tendencies.

God knows not only the deeds that people do but what they are thinking. He has instructed Saint Peter, at the Pearly Gates, that when Frank arrives he is destined to go where he will have no problem with the heating.
