    FAO Sota

Hope you’re well battened down for the storm pal, looks like a bad one this time.

Good luck and trust all your family are safe and well.

He might be on the road as there's a compulsory evacuation order in place for his area. Stay safe Sota and family.

He and Mrs S posted on FB a few hours ago saying all preparations have been made and encouraging their local friends to stay safe. Not their first rodeo and they sound pretty calm as usual.

I've just been chatting with his mrs on messenger and at the moment all is well, let's hope it stays like that. UTM

Anyone heard anything from Sota. Most of the area is out of power so it could be a while.

I’ve been tracking the live feeds and it’s not looking too good but, knowing a good Rotherham lad he will have his family safe and well at all costs.

Just spoken with Sota's mrs on messenger and they are ok, apparently the power went off at 2-00pm on wednesday afternoon and has only just come back on now. They lost a few roof tiles and a damaged pool screen but she says pretty much unscathed. UTM
