another troare as far as im concerned, bailey doesnt know when to release the ball, another headless chicken. stop trying to force coutinho into the team, let ramsey play leftside where hes effective, put archer on and stop flooding the top of the field with similar tens... we need one pivot not three!

Right then folks - who realistically could replace him, most say Poch but I don't think he'd come and on the basis that most managers do not progress their careers after leaving us it may put others off.

Nuno I think would be a good appointment for where we are now, did a cracking job with Wolves.

Nuno? Crikey mate. He did fk all at spuds, possibly cos he didn’t have enough Portugeezers in the team. We don’t have any at all, though they might have had ’Chicken Piri Piri’ in the staff can**** one-day last season.

And what players we do have, will never be able to adapt to Nuno’s system. We are and have been dreadful passers of a football, for years.

Nuno wouldn't be having a dream, mate, ‘twould be a fking nightmare.

Between the two, I'd rather keep Gerrard.

His football IS better than Bruces’, but that’s hardly a ringing endorsement for any manager’s C.V., is it?

Did I watch a different game? Overall I thought we played some good positive football and created a lot of chances. Any other day that would have been 3-0. Why so glum? An away point in the kitty and off we go.

About time Archer had some game time. I’m sure Ollie would be better in a different position maybe a winger or attacking mid?

Well if Gerrard doesn’t give Archer some serious game time now then he needs his head shaking cos what we got to lose ? Watkins is just missing too many good chances and Ings doesn’t offer much so surely it’s time to let the lad loose ?

Can’t help but think of we lose to a forest he’s gone

I kind of agree with that. Watkins looks good when he cuts in from the left and right. Hes also more physical than Cortinho and Buendier. Were lacking physicality imo. A front 3 of Watkins Tammy Cortinho/Buendier would be nice. Someone like Tammy would add that physicality and get us goals.

Back to the now, and the pre-Tammy2 era. I believe that Ollie's best position is on the training pitches, barn-door practice at BMH. He could score from now until the end of the season, but those goals won’t bring back the lost points.

We didn't let Smith loose with 30+ mil, to waste on someone who collects the ball, and runs into the corners every week.
