Not a surprise in terms of how poorly they've done but I'm very surprised he hasn't done much better. Boro are smaller than Sheff Utd but there are similarities and, considering how well he did with them, I was kind of expecting him to possibly replicate that at the smoggies.
Maybe that was a case of the right club at the right time.
And Boro is never the right club.
