As I said, it's a symptom. In itself it's only a very small thing but it's part of a bigger elitist programme that's been created around the club. Something that the Sporting Director has asked the Chairman to buy into and it's cost him a fortune and bitten us on the ar5e results wise.

Sorry if this is a bit negative but recently I got a mail out from the club proudly announcing that our Sporting Director was giving a keynote speech about our Elite Academy at a conference in Seville.
But I haven't had an email from the club explaining how this same Elite Academy failed to offer the correct terms to Lewis Neilson and cost the Club in the region of £400k. Basics. Absolute basics.
But we're #inpursuit aye

I guess you can read what you want into something so insignificant. For me, someone in marketing likes this kind of thing for targeting a younger audience. It's not for me but then I'm hardly the demographic I suspect they are aiming for with it.
