The LW effect on the players is very noticeable. Sam is playing at his best, we have 2 effective wingbacks built from a left sided defender and a right winger, JOB is a revelation after being written off as past it, Rawlinson is looking very sound, Cameron and Brindley have the confidence and cover to bring the ball forwards, our midfield is aggressive and competitive, our attacking players are the most energetic, creative, cohesive and threatening bunch for a long, long time.
The attitude of the players is excellent on the field and on the bench. There is belief throughout the club. The culture seems focused.
We can change personnel and tactics effectively.
Plus LW says it how he sees it in sharp contrast to others such as Parkinson.
This is a remarkable impact we are seeing in such a short space of time. Thank you Luke, please keep it up!

So far, so good. Hopefully we go up this year and he gets a real challenge in L2
Wouldn't just go that far yet. A big improvement, yes. Hope you can post this at the end of the season. We will all know what it means.
Early days, yes, but LW appears to be the real deal
Williams is doing great. We could all see what was wrong under Burchnall. Too weak and easily bullied, one way of playing, took too long getting it in dangerous areas, didn't press and didn't look confident alot of the time. He's changed everything that was wrong under Burchnall which we all said for the last 2 years. Also Williams doesn't stand for crap and doesn't make excuses for the players if they've been poor. He always wants more and breeds that with his team. Top of the league after beating Wrexham and only lost one game, it's an A from me.
It would be interesting to know how many chances the opposition are getting compared to IB.
It’s an excellent start and as I said at the start of the season, all that matters is we win. The performance is irrelevant as long as we win.
That said, I do feel we have conceded a lot of chances in the last couple of games. If Altrincham and Wrexham put some of those chances away, we’ve performed no differently but it’s a very different outlook we’d currently have.
That sounds very negative and I’m absolutely buzzing at the start we’ve had, but I’m curious if we really are shutting teams out as much as we think, or have we been lucky with some woeful finishing?
And he's found a very good footballer inside the body of Nemane and managed to bring it out
It's an impressive transformation that's for sure. He's gone from being perceived as a '10 minute wonder' to a certain starter, all whilst changing position/role in the side.
Saying that he'll do well to emulate his performance at Woking last season.
As for KTDs comment no question Alty and Wrexham had a fair few really good chances at the Lane, Parkinson wasn't wrong when he stated that in his interview, not that it's really his concern, it's LW and his staff's concern.
