Away v Blackburn Saturday 8th KO 3 pm. 1st away game for Taylor

Not sure how this game will go tbh
Only 2nd game in for MT so still work in progress, our players are good enough we know but they’re (some)letting themselves/fellow players down imo.
Blackburn have been hit and miss lately but 7th in league on 18 points
I’ll take a draw but three points would be fantastic lads, go and show the manager what you can do and why you should stay in the side

    Come on!!!!!

Cuffy may start but sounds like Kioso won’t be ready

A few changes on the cards

MT’s dad is a Blackburn fan but is on holiday

Pay on the day available at Blackburn Rovers

As of 10:30am this morning, the Millers had sold 767 tickets for this game

MT was on about core of our midfield. What can he do can't see any like Ajayi in our defence. Lindsay possibly. Odoffin will have had to have shown something in training.

Interesting take on Hirst from the B'burn forum -

BBD didn't look great at first but bloody hell, I think it's plain that at 24 Hirst is no great shakes and never, ever will be. I agree, it can take a few matches for a player to find his feet and blossom but even in their first game there is usually something which suggests there's a bit of talent there whether it be movement, positional sense, vision, passing / shooting / heading / tackling abilities, mobility/speed, aggression etc but feckin hell, IMO, Hirst has shown absolutely zilch so far. I've seen enough football over 60 years to recognise the good, the bad and the ugly and I think Hirst is as ugly as it gets - I've seen enough of him and I think he's hopeless.

    So, bound to score!

Interesting, much like his time here.

He did have quite a few good games for Pompey (inc against us in the 3-0) in League 1

Don't think he's ever going to be in the ex-Millers thread though

Well if he features in it on Saturday now we'll know who to blame won't we?

Another unfair fixture, with us playing on the Wednesday and them playing on the Tuesday.Hopefully our super human fitness will withstand this disadvantage.UTM.
