Unless stopped, we will end up with no referees at all. VAR will be running the games using an overhead camera on a gyroscope (like American football or FIFA the game) linked to VAR assistants in god knows where. The players will hear what is going on through earbuds linked to their sports bras and act accordingly. They can even request a personal 90-minute motivational playlist through their earbuds during the match (with adverts of course) when play has been stopped.

I know, I know... too far But..then again, is it really?

Bails out The Rangers yet again with another penalty this time in the last minute.I'm not saying its not a penalty but the ref does not give it until FN VAR sends him over to the monitor. We are not out of November yet and The Rangers have been awarded 10 TEN penalties so far.

I doubt if i will ever set foot in a football ground again for the rest of my days,i have fallen out of love with DUFC and the whole game in general.

Edit to add i am talking about domestic football,i may well still end up going to Scotland matches.

VAR has been built for TV coverage and gives scant regard to fans in the ground. Generally VAR has it's issues but in Scotland it's completely embarrassing.

This is where I'm at as well. Transfer Windows, no reserve games at the proper grounds for fans to attend and VAR have made me stop going to the games.

Monday's game between Fulham and Wolves ruined by VAR and denied the away side at least a point probably 3.Last night one of europe's top officials is sent over to the screen in the 95th minute and makes the disgraceful decision of awarding PSG a penalty v Newcastle.A ball in the box strikes a Newcastle player in the chest and it bounces onto his arm and PSG are out of jail instead of being out of the Champions League.

I am not a fan of Newcastle or PSG and very soon i will no longer be a fan of football either.Meanwhile yesterday before the UCL matches Ifab had a meeting to discuss extending VAR's influence to rule on yellow cards, free kicks and corners. They are also keen to introduce sin bins into the game.

VAR in football is simply a microcosm of the observation world in general in populations. It gets you used to the ability to make and have to abide by shyte decisions.

But as far as football is concerned it is a joke all round.

Thing is though that that shouldn't absolve the on pitch ref. It's entirely at his discretion to ignore the VAR ref on watching the replay and have his original decision stand. As he 100% should have done last night.
