    Half time..

A goal up. Got possession, but, far from convincing in a game of two dreadful teams. As usual I expect we will throw this lead away and end up either losing or scraping the draw, as there is nothing to suggest we will get much better? MON THE SOUTH!

A wins a win folks. Looks like Toddy will be out again after pulling up injured.
Really enjoyed the weather during the second half…. 😀

I pay my money, so I am entitled to have a say. As it happens I am pleased with the result, but the performance was largely lacking in any kind of excitement. 'MON THE SOUTH!

Looked like Queens were away from Palmerston with the unveiling of their new all black third kit and Peterhead in their home blue kit.

A welcome 3 points after the games v Alloa and Kelty. Dominated the play and could have been more comfortable if we had taken some of our chances from cross balls but our strikers just lack a bit of height finishing them off. Nowt much to excite the fans but they did got right behind young Lewis Gibson when he came on.

Wee Gibbo, as I heard other players referring to him, certainly injected some much needed youthful enthusiasm and skill when he was introduced. A very exciting prospect who we need to sign on a long term contract before the scouts start turning up in numbers.

The aim of the game is to win and we did. It should have been more convincing as for a change we were bigger and stronger than our opponent. We must take more care of the ball especially in the final third. I thought McKenna was more assured and worked hard but like Hendrie they at times slash clearances away. The subs all impacted the game. Lee just wants to attack we must get the best out of him. Harry Cochrane was more energetic and dogged although I don't know why McGrory rarely plays 90 minutes. I thought Wilson and Paton had poor games. Ruari really needs to tidy up his touch and lay offs. Lewis Gibson adds pace and directness. The team is crying out for a threat from the wing. Could he be the answer. He looks like he deserves more time on the pitch.
Peterhead obviously lack experience and strength but never gave up.
I was unaware of the story of the third kit until last night. The Youtube launch is great. Well done to all involved.

It was well publicised why we were wearing black yesterday. A fantastic idea from Queens regarding such an important subject.

Gibbo is a fantastic prospect. We need to see more of him imo.
