    Queen of the South Ladies

Queen of the South Ladies, who compete in the SWFL West/Southwest League, have a crucial fixture this Sunday at the North West Community Campus. Queens are neck and neck with Harmony Row of Drumchapel, Glasgow at the top of the league, and Sunday's game is likely to decide the destination of the league title. This is a must-win game for Queens as victory would cancel out Harmony Row's advantage from the previous away fixture in which Queens Ladies lost 4-2.

Queens Ladies home fixtures usually attract a crowd of around 50 spectators, but for this game it would be great if we could attract a bigger crowd, preferably a noisy crowd who could cheer our ladies on to victory. If you've never watched the ladies game before, I think you'll be impressed by the level of skill and commitment on display. Admission is free. Get your blue and white scarves out and make some noise! And please don't abuse the linesman cos that'll probably be me...

Good luck to them. Hopefully get that important win.

Is it true the ladies and girls only real connection to Queens is the use of their name ? If so it’s time they were officially associated with each other..

If you’re wanting this to be well attended then may I suggest you contact Queens and ask them to help advertise it on all their social media platforms.
