    Maybe this is something the dee4life board could take on and deal with, have you tried sending them an email? A wee army of volunteers or investing in some sort of seagull scaring equipment? There's a guy on the board, Douglas I think he's called, who might want to take this sort of thing on.

    Of course there's no point giving them the benefit of the doubt and thinking maybe they just couldn't get all the tarps they needed in one order and are waiting for a delivery of the remainder is there?
