No. Regardless of 'criminality' or 'culpability' or not, he's a 30 year-old man who has been caught trying to solicit photos from young girls on social media. In this context, it doesn't matter if they are 15 or 16. If your daughter/sister played for the 15/16s girls team, would you be content knowing he has access to them via being in the mens team?!
