Hibs Ladies definitely up for this and City were probably the favourites going into this game. Both teams pressed and it was Krytina Freda who scored in the 27th minute to give Hibs the lead our defence held strong and we went in at half time City 0 Hibs 1
We expected City to come at us in the second half and again our defence was outstanding and defended well which was in our favour as hibs extended their lead in 75th minute and again Krystina got on the end of it although it may have taken a deflection.
City then came at us strongly and managed to pull one back in the 83rd minute to make it City 1 Hibs 2 . City pressed for the remainder of the game but everyone with a hibs shirt on chased everything down.
The whistle blew which now means Hibs are in the final of the Sky Sports Cup wall done ladies and all the best for the final onwards and upwards’
