Thread: A cool quarter of a million quid.

Cool A cool quarter of a million quid.

By my reckoning Welsh Wales Connor Roberts and now Morocco's Annas Zaroury's last minute call-up will bag the Clarets a cool quarter of a million quid in compo just for the pair being at the HRWC group stages.

    Nice one FIFA.

Good question is that C_M, I'm sure it's something Mr Pace will have thought about.

When the Dutch squad was announced, Weghorst's club was listed as Besiktas so presumably they will get the comp.

FIFA are paying player compensation for any player involved with a club two years prior to the HRWC starting.

That means we get a payout for Hennessey and Pope too!
