He obviously wants significant repayments of the £2.5 million debt.

However, we are doing OK in the league so nobody cares. Not caring about the financial situation is a substantial error. 1921 can go insolvent and cease to exist.
But surely things can only get better now that the Unita Fortior boys have taken the wheel?

I would swap our situation with Rochdale. Almost certainly both teams will be in League Two next season. Rochdale owe
    fuck all to any bastard.

When will everyone believe the total truth about the Charge? Some folk still say that it is solely on Brunton Park. It states
that on the title page of the document. But when you actually read the document it is absolutely clear that the Charge is on
all 1921 assets including money in bank accounts. I have had this verified by a substantially qualified financial professional
and also Nigel Clibbens confirms that the Charge is on all Carlisle United assets including money in bank accounts.

Philip Day is no Fred Story. The debt to his Purepay is a real debt that will have to be paid, which is a real problem.

The genuine value of all 1921's assets is less than the value of the liabilities. 1921 makes serious losses in all years in
    which there are no exceptionals.

This financial year to 30/6/2023 there is obviously going to be a substantial loss. AJ will not pay it, so 1921 will receive notices of prosecution, even possibly Winding Up Orders. The significant transfer add-ons propped up the finances for a couple of seasons but they did end and have been used up.

Nevertheless no bugger likes to think of this genuine existential crisis for 1921. Nobody ever mentions it.

You probably should write to Dan... care of the Trust.

He may be able to help.

The Unita Fartior creators have an ongoing record of running the other place unethically.

Since they got 5 of the 12 CUOSC board memberships there has been no sign of it improving in any way whatsoever.

It is quite legitimate to regard CUOSC as useless until there is evidence to prove otherwise.

    Hard to disagree with that.
