Our league game on Jan 7 looks like being off - Boreham Wood are winning 2-0 at Bristol Rovers. If Barnet don’t have a game that day, might be worth rearranging that Dec. 20 game or trying to move another midweek game to then. I sat that selfishly, as I’m flying over to the UK on Jan. 6.

Aldershot’s home game against Chesterfield will be off on the 7th, too - might be worth us trying to move our away midweek fixture on Mar 7 forward two months. Also depends what happens in the FA Trophy - we could have a blank weekend on Jan. 14 too.

I know they will be a little more tired and possibly take one eye off the title. However, they will be sitting there with at least one game in hand and possibly a significantly increased bank balance.

Lets hope they do a Boreham Wood and have a good cup run which affected their league form last season.
