Did some racks of pork ribs in the ninja today. Pressure cooked with some Dr Pepper and seasoned with Cajun spices. Pressure cooked on high for 20 minutes then glazed with bbq sauce and air fried for ten minutes. Glazed again and air fried again for 5 minutes.

Really tender, tasty and juicy. Highly recommended

Doing a joint of topside beef in the ninja today. Dehydrating it for 6 hours and then air frying for 10 mins.
Apparently the beef goes lovely and tender a pink.

I cooked some beef rib for the first time yesterday, it took 6 hours in the oven, gas mark 3. I mixed some barbeque seasoning, Jim Beam and coated the meat for the last hour of cooking. It was absolutely stunning, so tasty and tender. An incredibly cheap but delicious cut of beef.

Edit, the meat was cheap but probably cost £20 to cook it lol.
