Thread: Serbia/Kosovo anyone?

  1. #1

    Question Serbia/Kosovo anyone?

At the HRWC two Swiss players are obviously not enamoured with Serbians.

    Anyone knows the reason why?

I cannot believe mon ami, that someone with your interest in politics and current affairs does not know the answer to that question.

I truly did not know their linage mon ami. After two hours of research. I fully understand the bile and hatred now.

I also failed to appreciate the full extent of Albanian/Kosovan/Swiss nationality "crossover" connections.

By about Wednesday I will be the leading authority on the six Former Yugoslavian Republics and all the players we have at present from the region or VK may have a possible future interest in.

I'm currently trying to establish if Aro and Darko have any legitimate grounds for mutual vexation.

When you look at the countries that Yugoslavia could pick players from when it existed, it's amazing that they never won the World Cup. Or could it be that most of them would have preferred fighting each other to playing football with each other ?

I had a read up on the history of the Former Yugoslavia mon ami, what surprises me the most is that there's actually anybody left.

A further surprise was I have always thought Trieste was in what is now Slovenia and not Italy.
