    Well done to Gary Bowyer for finally getting Paul Mcmullan to play with some composure and finally scoring goals !

    McMullan still frustrates the life out of me, think he can be quite careless with possession but he is in a very rich vein of form at the moment possibly his best ever, for us anyway

    Looks to be enjoying himself.

    GB has done really well this last wee while, mentioned before he has got a tremendous competition for places going on.

    I think Bowyer changing Mcmullans position has also helped, now he has a free roll being able to traverse across the park,
    plus its also difficult for a defender to pin him down, when he keeps changing position.

    Yes that's certainly helped, seems to like having one to ones with various players. I like that.

    Individual chats/ targets/ man management never a bad thing even in team sports......certainly better than sending abusive texts in the early hours management style
