    Coventry City F.C

Ashley bought the stadium they play in. Now he has served them an eviction notice, telling them, They have no rights to play in his stadium. Did not take him long to get their fans on side. Probably after squeezing every penny the club has, for the priviledge of playing at his new toy.

a typical Mike Ashley move, the sale of the actual football club has not gone through yet, what better way to get the current

bidders to walk away and then he can make a low ball offer for the club.

Now that he has the stadium, he holds all the cards, he can keep it and put on concerts etc with minimal outlay for upkeep etc.

Use it to peddle his tacky shlte and promote his brand.

If the bidders for the football club walk away, the price will severely drop, who wants to buy a football club without anywhere to play

Absolute **** move - so exactly what you'd expect him to do.

It was pointed out that the adminstrators turned down a bid of £23 million for stadium, which was £6 million more than Ashley offered. . . have to wonder what happened there, little brown envolopes springs to mind.

I feel for Coventry, I really do. They are ****ed with him around.

I hope somehow things turn around for Coventry and the Fat Bassard gets his fingers burned.
