What is Brunton Park worth, not in fantasy accountancy terms, in truthful terms?

Brunton Park has to be categorised as simplistically being a piece of land that is vulnerable to overwhelming flooding. The likelihood of flooding is gradually increasing.

I am also aware that a professional person of impeccable character has actually seen the restrictive covenant document on Brunton Park. It specifies "football use only".

What is Brunton Park worth? Like everything it is worth what someone will pay to buy it. Thus it is worth almost fuck all.

Like the team. Im sure a leg of lamb is worth more than a leg of any Carlisle player.

Brunton Park should be turned over to the Albanian gangsters pretending to be refugees, most if not all is not being used. On match day only the dressing room lights are turned on. The crowd only lingers for 90 minutes once every two weeks.

Someone could buy it and turn it into a salmon farm. Just think, you wont have to go there anymore, or maybe share with Carlisle City.

Your future as a football club is as bad as Cambridge, the major fault being that you are out in the atlantic somewhere, its a bit of luck that you have land under you.

You have been struggling for much too long to have any impact on the British world of football, forever. If you asked a Stevenage fan, or a Gillingham fan where Carlisle is they wont know.

You can add to that all London clubs, europe, asia, the United States, and possibly Fleetwood. The only reason i know is because, unlike you, i am educated. And that the only reason Carlisle exists is because people live there.

There is no other reason. If there is, let me know. Im sure you dont have a Currys or a John Lewis. Do you have bun shops?

Getting back to Brunton Park, turning terraces into sheep and cow pens cant be hard. Give up your useless support of Carlisle, like i have of Cambridge. Your stress levels and sense of frustration will disappear, and taking the p iss is much better.
