I'm feeling more confident about our chances than i was at the beginning of the week.

    Onwards and upwards.

Love the optimism, however, the goalie and defence are still cack, regardless of who manages them.

Hewitson wants rid of the goalie so he’s history 😉

Looking back to the start of the season when we were signing players Grant Murray backed Wullie with a lot of them as he had coached them or managed them at his previous clubs

My God what has just happened? We were holding our own at 2-2 then the roof fell in and we're currently 5-2 down.
Queens desperately need someone in charge who can stop the team from imploding every week and preferably a goal keeper who stops shipping goals at every opportunity

I quite agree. Queens should've been 2-1 ahead at half time even though Falkirk dominated the corner count and Possession.
Falkirk gambled on their 2 subs who scored goals 3 and 4, although Queens implosion was self evident.

A keeper is needed, yes, that's been fairly evident from the word go but probably East aside the defenders are severely below the level required as well. Fully aware that's stating the obvious but a decent, strong centre half is lacking. Problem is they're few and far between so may be stuck with those that look far from interested.

Few decent chances in the coming weeks to pick up points but papers over the cracks. Be interesting to see the attendances

Threefivetwo, you state the bleeding obvious, but sometimes it needs to be said and we desperately need a strong centre half and at least one no nonsense defender in addition to a tall keeper.
With regards to your thoughts on attendances, unless we can sort out our defensive problems, the fans will stay away in ever increasing numbers.
However, should we obtain the required players as stated, and introduce a training regime where we can keep going for 90 minutes instead of about 70 ( and more often than not capitulating at that point) fans will be enticed back.
