    Peerie Willie aye a very unique guitarist "dum chuck" they call it, He has his own Peerie" Willie Guitar Festival" every year in Shetland. a pal o mines Dave Jackson was great pals wi Willie,

    and it wis brother Johnny who was the guitar player, rarely seen without a Gibson Firebird. I think Edgar’s award must be for his all-star tribute album - Brother Johnny - to Johnny which I ain’t heard yet. I’ll see if I can blag a copy from a friendly PR. Johnny was fuuckin ace even during the smack years (his, nae mine). Proper Mannies’ rock n roll.
