    Kelty Hearts tonight

Another massive game with a place in the SPFL TRUST TROPHY semifinal up for grabs.

Can’t see too many changes this evening although I’d like to see one or two youngsters given a chance to prove themselves. Marvin is planning to sitting in the stand and watch the game unless things have changed since he took training Sunday & Monday.

Arrol, a great idea for Marvin to sit in the stand and simply observe how his players are performing, - see the strengths and weaknesses and change things accordingly at half time, - or earlier if required.

The defence needs to be boosted, - there is absolutely no doubt, - and we have to stop falling apart whenever the opposition scores, - so he needs to boost the confidence levels. Saturday was a prime example, - when once again the game should have been out of sight, - yet we lost a soft goal and the team capitulated. It was painful to watch the last 20 minutes as the players were so nervous and Alloa could smell blood.

He's got to monitor performance levels I agree but tonight won't be a true reflection of their said levels or indeed poor attitude that's been highlighted continuously. They'll be running through brick walls later to impress and try to keep their place in the team and any subsequent squads in what some would class as fraudulent.

    I reckon it'll be a victory tonight

Wouldn’t be surprised if he brings in 2/3 players tonight so he can have a proper look at them.

Well done Queens to get through. A lot of work for Marvin to do, but unlike Bagapapa ' s negative stance at half time ( yet again) far better for him to be in a semi final than knocked out with the work still to do.
A little more cup half full comments will help the team folks.

Every right to be negative at half time. Second half substitutions made the difference. Taking the game to the opposition. Don't forget though, that this technically was another home win without a victory. The manager will have learned a lot tonight from both halves. Hopefully he will see what a difference it makes when Queens decide to attack. Mon the South.

Quite a struggle tonight but through to the semi finals. Bartley will have clearly seen the soft defense and the difference Reilly and Connolly made to the attack when they were introduced. Hopefully Wilson's knock is not too serious as I thought he should have been replaced sooner after having been crocked.

Think he was maybe trying to run it off as he was hobbling for quite some time. He was wandering around with a huge bag of ice on it at full time.
