    Oot.

I avoid driving these days, the trains are cancelled between here and Juteland, and the logistics are a nightmare. The cost of it all with being on an inflation-ravaged fixed income puts it into the “luxury” category these days. I never thought that I’d see attendance at that fûcking midden being categorised as a luxury.

It’s on the cards that we’ll lose, but there’ll be some sort of controversy about it, no doubt.

For those of you taking the car, where are you looking to park? Suggestions would be welcome.

Is VAR available for this game?

Plenty spaces near Hampden on here - www.yourparkingspace.co.uk

VAR make zero difference, hun fouls don't get checked.

With a bus pass you could get there and back for £1 booking fee.

I think we have a chance, but it could equally be a drubbing if early goals are conceded. I’m going to watch it on TV with a few beers and just pay the £15. If we make the final, I am going to go with my son as I probably won’t make that many more finals in my lifetime. I was at the last one in 2017 but not the 2014 final that we won. Here’s hoping!

I did that for the 2019 semi-final v the tims, as I had a hospital eye appointment next day which ruled me out of driving back. Not something I’d like to experience again. When Stagecoach buses are crowded, it’s an uncomfortable, unpleasant experience. I stayed the night at the hospital hotel in Clydebank. I hate to think of the carnage there’d have been at Killermont Street after the game. I use the service most weeks to provide childcare muscle, and midweek early morning is fine. Weekend trips to Glasgow? Fûck that.

If I was driving, I’d try Langside Road, around the eastern boundary of Queens Park. 15 minutes walk from Hampden, and a good offering of on-street parking if you get there before the filth’s buses.

Alex Salmond is probably the best politician Scotland has ever had.

Salmond is definitely the best politician Scotland has ever had.
