Maybe the distance from here to there allows me to see things a bit differently.
    I am not surprised.
I was more surprised when he got the position.
That said he put everything into it and helped the club.
But, ultimately, someone has to take ownership of the failings in recent years.
He has done the right thing here IMO.
    Thanks, and good luck.
Whether his replacement will bring an improvement in recruitment (management, staff, players) or not is obviously not guaranteed.

I wish 'oor Flow' nothing but respect, and a massive thanks for his tenure at our (and his) Club. Some will look at the table just now and be emotional about performances / position / and the rest.
What's maybe forgotten is the Euro trips, cup finals, finishing 2nd, the Pittodrie Experience (WOW), and many other footballing highlights ...
And, lest we forget his dedication to the club he loves, and all things he's driven for the disabled supporters, and the mindfulness programs put in for the local MFC community. He took it hard when several young supporters decided that their lives should end at such a young age. I for one am truly disappointed he's going, but I do understand there's some personal / domestic reasons that've influenced his decision.
That said, all the very best Flow ... yer a Motherwell legend in my eyes son X

Ah. He's still on the club board afaik. Maybe some sponsorship from Santander on the way?

Burrows will join Aberdeen from February 27.

I won't quite wish him luck but congratulations and thanks certainly.

Wonder if that means his replacement nearly there?
