Tbh I would be scared that my life would be like the film The Butterfly Effect and every time that I went back I would make things worst in present day,I just wouldn't be able to resist telling that young lad playing in Daybrook Station in '72 what and who to avoid in life, but you know what knowing me I would remember years later what I told myself and wonder why I had to avoid it/them and go and find out and end up in exactly the same position or worst, ever seen The Butterfly Effect Frank,I've seen it three times and each time it's had a different ending (true) it's on again on Sunday night on Great Movies,I wonder if there's four different endings?

Ive just searched for it and am recording it. Im not sure if we can change things. Crisis theory in psychiatry states that change, behavioural and emotional can only happen in extremis. That whispering wisdom into your ear or mine is a waste of time, as you mention above.

Which does dovetail into life, that the suffering we have here is for a reason aiding us to learn. Which then beggars the question, mister, addressing myself, what the f have you learnt if anything.?

Ive wasted a lot of time trying to help and change other people. What you think is simple and childlike is not, that help of any sort is resented and punished. Lesson learnt, when someone is in the poopy let them wallow.

One attempt is enough, to do more is actually rescuing them from a lesson that wont be learned. You will be sucked dry, and it wont change jot.
And evil exists, you choose your team here. The train track for such has already been laid down, in your genes.
    Are you paying attention socialists?

    Disaster is indicated.

As for myself, ive changed out of all recognition from 16 onwards. And its all good. If i get the chance to pat myself on the back before i kick the bucket i will.

Your life is what it is chalky, all roads lead to Rome, there is a track on american pie the lp that sums it up perfectly, cant remember the title. One of the tricks of life is to be grateful, i have a lot to be grateful for, considering where i started. So do you.

It's always good to help people even if it's in a small way,it can cheer people up more than you know if there's somebody who cares for them and should never be seen as a waste of time, you know full well that giving help just to make yourself feel better is wrong, you should do it because you want to Frank

What's your chances of making it into heaven? It's based on your life's good deeds not just because you gave some help last week but then gave up because they didn't show gratitude,I think that I've got a 50/50 chance of making it,I was doing ok until I was about 40 then I fell by the wayside for 6/7 years before dusting myself off and going back into church, marriage did that,I've seen evil Frank and it's in the most innocent if faces

How's Molly anyhow,I haven't heard you mention her in a while, pets make good friends, infact I would say that they are the best

Watch the Butterfly Effect until the end Frank, it can't be a good idea to go back in time and change things,if I could go back and change when I met my ex I might consider it and damn the consequences but you know what's worst than that,I would probably watch from afar to see what happens in her life without me,surely that's got to be masochistic (not in a se.xual way)

Molly is wonderful, she has this way of hollering when shes due to be fed, and touches my hand with her nose as a way of saying thankyou. Her main meal is a mixture of chicken, salami, pork pie, and whatever else is in the fridge. Shes a little less energetic, sometimes not going out in the evening.

Your suffering in this life is what its all about, to relieve that i think is a disservice. People must learn to help themselves, maybe with a guide.

I am an ex addict, yes, i bet you thought not, i walk the walk. Now im not. I can walk past the tobacco counter at tescos and not give it a thought, when i was coming off, it was torture, with lapses. Other people cant do it for you.

So the solution to any problem is simple, if you smoke, stop. If your in debt, economise, etc. You cant say that though without a billion reasons being chucked at you suggesting i am a simple idiot.

You can change your life in a second, even Mr Putin is salvagable, and can reinvent himself. Im recording the butterfly effect, i wonder if its in this vein.

Small is good, in regards to helping others. Alcoholics only begin to recover when they hit rock bottom. My mistake, a big one, is that i thought people see the world as i do, huge huge mistake. People are a different as planets in the cosmos, no two alike has been found.

The other problem with failure to cope with one owns life is contempt for being weak, myself and aimed at others. Look at Cambridge fans, for f sake, gullible to the end.

I've just read that 208 million birds have died due to the bird flu since October 2021 but what's more worrying is that 200 mammals have also died from eating the birds which shows that cross contamination is not only a possibly but reality, this is has me worried as it could be passed onto humans,Covid only started in China with one person getting it and look how that changed the world forever,I was looking forward to taking Coco out again in March(ish) but it might have to be put on hold,if you are out walking Molly make sure that she doesn't go sniffing around any dead birds that you may come across Frank

Maybe it's not their environment, they are at home in big cities where they can look for discarded Big Mac's and kebabs, they are beauty birds and I see around 2/3 every hour merely by looking out of my window but that's probably because I put out scrapes, the fens is far more scenic and rural than inner city Nottingham and other birds will be more prevalent

I remember seeing a Magpie pull a chick out of a nest, kill and eat it. Carnivours, nasty.

Look on any nature program and you will see animals killing and eating the less fortunate than themselves, some will do it to their own young, magpies are no different
