I don’t understand how the Welsh FA have made the decision to pay the women the same amount as the men for playing for Wales. I don’t know the attendances for the women’s games but it must only be a fraction of the numbers that the men attract and therefore only a fraction of the income for the Welsh FA.. The men have also taken a cut in what they now receive to facilitate this. I’m all for equal rights etc. but this doesn’t appear to be equality to me.

I work around people who get the same pay as me and do a lot lot less then me.
I wish to **** thing we're more equal.
These are males by the way.
Equal pay should be regarding work carried out not gender carrying it out.

That's why inequality is shyte.
You business people, I am sure can appreciate a good quality working person over a lazy inefficient person.

I certainly can just working with them. Can be soul destroying....🤷
