It is what it is, at least we know where we stand. If Chessie win their 3 GIH, they'll be right on our heels. On we go.

Not a good few days for Notts
Very frustrating that we’ve got another game to squeeze in after tonight’s postponement - and might yet have to rearrange our games against Dorking and Altrincham if they continue to advance in the FA Trophy. Our small squad is suddenly facing a lot of Sat-Tue-Sat fixtures, which is exactly what we were hoping to avoid.

This. It’s how it’s gonna be - none of us are going to drop many points.

We have two very winnable games now before kick-off in Wrexham’s next game. Our job to win both and make sure the pressure’s back on them to get a result.

The table has turned and Wrexham are now top. We’ve had a spell leading the pack and now having both played the same amount of games we are 3 points behind Wrexham.

What we must avoid in the coming weeks and months is meltdowns and criticism of the manager and team and take a step back and look at this for what it is. We are having an incredible season. One defeat in 27 matches and a long unbeaten run is the best season we’ve had in years. Let’s not Wrexham spoil that or cloud our judgement. Their fans and supporters would no doubt love it if we imploded and turned in on ourselves. What we have to do is remain strong and stick to what we have been doing. It’s worked for 27 games and it will work for the next 19 games. We have to stick together get behind the club, the manager and players and push Wrexham all the way now. We are ten points clear of 3rd place Chesterfield and twenty one points clear of 5th placed Barnet. Should we not finish top I’ve every confidence we can win the playoffs this year. We have nobody or nothing to fear. We can’t control Wrexham or what they do apart from one game when we play them. The other 18 games they play it’s out of our hands. Whoever wins the title now will do so for being truly exceptional this season. No doubt there will be twists and turns as there is in football between now and the end of the season. Let’s enjoy the last 19 games and see where it takes us.

It's going to be tough no doubt. I saw their pitch the other night to put it bluntly it looked like the type of surface, that a pig would enjoy rather than footballers. That is fine for them as they play football in the clouds. The pressure is all on them, they are expected to walk the league. Espn last night were asking how long it will take them to reach the Premier League... That's what we are up against, as others said our job is to keep winning and hope they slip up. let's enjoy the ride, and see what happens.

I can answer that, a long time. Their owners do not have the cash so would need other investors as would ours.

I see they've not won 7 league games in a row and can get wins when not playing well. We need to start converting the draws into wins or we could fall away quite quickly.

They have a few hundred million between them, but how much of that they'd risk is a different matter.

The TV doc makes hundreds of 000s per episode for Disney but I'm not sure how much goes to the owners/club. Plus that's a cash cow that can only continue to be milked if the club keeps getting promoted. The format will soon get tired if they don't get promoted or spend a few seasons in L2.

Don't underestimate their pulling power with investors though. Getting TikTok onboard was a big catch. They're canny businessmen and have their fingers in a lot of pies (except these ones).

Drawing too many games could be our downfall

That or losing too many are usually the reason you don't win a title.

Whoever wins the league, deserves it. It's that simple.
