    Apparently now Bielsa has turned them down

    So far Carlos hasnt risen to the top of the favourites list, hes still around 20/1 or a bit less with some. If Bielsa as indeed turned it down then Dyche is next up. I cannot see Everton going for Carlos. Id say they would be looking for proven Prem experience

    Sky are reporting that they want premier league experience and it makes sense that they have someone who has spent money on players with quick integration. They're looking likely to sell Gordon and Onana for over £100m and will need someone to be part of the reinvestment - rumours are by Friday.

    I think it's either Bielsa or Hassenhuttl.
